Couch to 5K with Greer Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | October 7 - November 28 | 6 a.m. | $10 per week | Advance Registration Required Join us starting in October for a training program to prepare you to participate in our Turkey Trot Thanksgiving morning. During the program, you will meet with Greer Eubanks, a BCC personal trainer, three times a week for tips and tricks to get you up to 5K speeds. Contact Greer with questions.
